Exchange Policy: If you purchase the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one—just make sure the item is in its original condition. Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase date to initiate the exchange.
Missing a Piece? Please double-check all packaging and your puzzle area to ensure the piece isn’t hiding. If you still can’t find it, we’re here to help! Take a photo of your completed puzzle and email it to us at info@kingdomculturepuzzles.com within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll send you the missing piece free of charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to your selected carrier service for assistance. At Kingdom Culture Puzzles, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and are unable to offer replacements or refunds in such cases. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and tracking your shipment closely to ensure safe delivery.
Manufacturer Defect Policy: If your sealed puzzle arrives with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Email a photo of the issue to info@kingdomculturepuzzles.com so we can evaluate and resolve it. Qualifying defects include obscured images, misprints on the puzzle or poster, or receiving the wrong puzzle in the correct box. Damaged boxes are not considered defects, as we take great care in secure packaging. There are no additional shipping charges for approved replacements.
Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened puzzles in their original packaging within 14 days of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your reimbursement within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Shipping: At this time, we are using USPS as our shipping carriers. We only offer shipping to the US and Canada on regular orders. Should you have a special-order request to a country that is not listed, please email us at info@kingdomculturepuzzles.com.
